Outlook Emails can now be seamlessly attached into an Account Note.
Linking emails into your Account Notes is a very effective method to easily document and follow-up with client correspondence.
Emails will display in the text area of the Account Note as a link. Clicking the link will open the Email in Outlook, with the ability to reply or forward.
