Account Notes:
Attachments have be added to Account Notes.
User / date stamp - the time has been added.
New Note Type - Sticky has been added. Notes labeled Sticky will always display at the top in the left-side column.
Action Date sort - only notes with a next action date will sort when sorting on the action date column.
Account Notes Report - additional preset options have been added. Display notes with next action dates between the last 30 days and next 30 days and over 30, 60, 180 days.
Multiple contacts can now be added to an Account Note.
The Lead List has been expanded to include additional data, that's displayed in an additional line in each lead.
The aggregate Lead List view remains efficient, continuing to display one line per lead, now with an option to expand each lead to display the additional fields.
The Add-to-Account function now contains the additional fields, making it even simpler to include complete account information when adding a lead to the System as an account.
Emails can be generated and sent directly from the Lead List by clicking the email link in the contact field.
Tasks Alerts:
Pop-up Reminder Alerts are now available for individual Tasks in the My Tasks tab.
