Generating and updating reports on AccTRACKER is a simple, straightforward process. Here's how we do it.



OUR METHODOLOGY





Our Report section is comprised of CORE and CUSTOM reports. They are pre-built containing defined data fields, and require no set-up or configurations.



We call them Foundation Reports. They are simple to run. When generated without adding options, the preset data fields always display - or like a foundation - reports can be easily built upon by adding options to generate a report that's more robust or more refined.

HOW FOUNDATION REPORTS WORK





Each report is built with a defined set of base data fields - the Foundation.


A Custom Sales Report can contain the elements like product, stage, probability, close date etc. So when running the sales report everyone will be assured of having the essential company-defined data elements included.


With one click, a report will be generated that includes it's base elements. The benefits to this are:

  • Running reports are simple.
  • No set up, configurations or building of reports is required.
  • Structure. Everyone uses the same format, works with the same data - creating consistency across your company.
  • Simplifies Managements job by reviewing everyone's data in the same format.
  • Flexibility. Reports can be built upon - either adding data or filtering for a more refined view. (See Flexibility below)

FLEXIBILITY OF FOUNDATION REPORTS





Foundation reports have tremendous flexibility. Constructing the report with base elements is the key. All reports run with their base elements, however, they can be built upon to produce a more robust report - and / or filtered to produce a more refined report.


Our innovative Dashboard makes this simple - separating us from other more cumbersome CRM's. No searching for data elements or hidden options - with AccTRACKER everything needed to generate a report is all on one page, clearly visible and easily accessible.

Example #1 - Adding data:

Let's say you want to add the Referral Source to a sales report. Run the Sales Report and select the "Display All" option for the Tag - Referral Source. The report displays with the base data items along with an added column for the referral source. Add as many Tags to a report as desired.

Example # 2 - Filtering:

Using the same sales report, but this time you want to view only your sales prospects in San Francisco. Run the Sales Report and select the Tag for City - San Francisco. The reports displays with the base data items

for accounts only in San Francisco. Any data elements can be filtered.


By using the client defined Tags/Filters, reports can be filtered to produce refined results, and / or add additional data for a more robust report.
