Reports: Schedule and Send Automatically
Reports can now be scheduled to automatically run and be sent to other users on your AccTRACKER system.
All reports can be scheduled. Once scheduled, a report is generated; an formatted Excel file of that report is attached to an email, and then sent.
Frequencies can be set for monthly, weekly or daily.
This is an effective way to automate your sales and other processes - keeping users informed and up to date.
Reports: Send by Email
All Reports can be now sent to other users on your AccTRACKER system at the time they are run.
With one click, a formatted report will be saved to an Excel file. That file will be attached to an AccTRACKER generated email and sent to the selected users.
This is a time saving method to quickly access and share data with other users in your company.
