Email Integration - add emails to existing notes

Our Email Integration functionality (Email to Notes) - emails you send from any email application (Outlook, Gmail etc.) can be automatically uploaded to your AccTRACKER system.


An option has been added so that Emails sent (uploaded) to AccTRACKER can now be added to existing Account Notes - as well as creating new Notes.


Adding integrated emails to an existing note allows users to enter emails into an Acct. Note in our blog-style format. Thus multiple entries can be used in one note for a single topic, now including emails.


Ex. - Track the sequence of events for a sale in one acct. note - on one page - giving users an easy to read view of that sales process / status.

This will greatly simplify workflow - and with regular use insure documentation and follow-ups are never missed.​
