An Origin Date has been added in Account Notes - indicating when the event in the note initially occurred (meeting, call, demo etc.).
It will display in the left-side column designations and in the action-item box above the note text. This is an editable field.
It has also been been added as an option on the Account Notes Report.
The blog-style format, documenting the entire note in chronological order, is still available.
Actionable Email and Phone numbers for assigned contacts in Account Notes.
For easier access, email and phone numbers for the assigned Contact (s) in the note can now be displayed.
Emails can be sent directly from the Notes page integrating into your default email (Outlook, Gmail etc...)
